Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Inheritance” for wear by Ken Ebling and/or Brent Spiner in their portrayal of “Dr. Soong”. The costume is a multi-colored checkered quilted coat with an asymmetrical front seal and a set of trousers colored blue with distressed hems at the ankles made to appear faded (verified by continuity photos). The costume also features a pair of textured silk and leather sandals inscribed ‘Brent’. The trousers and the coat feature sewn in labels reading ‘Dr. Soong’. A costumer’s tag reads ‘#262 TNG “Inheritance”, Data as ‘Dr. Soong’, Brent Spiner, photo double’ and indicates the components.
