STAR TREK I: “LIEUTENANT ILIA – CLASS-A STARFLEET UNIFORM”

Description: A gray Class-A Starfleet uniform featured in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture for wear by Persis Khambatta in her portrayal of “Lieutenant Ilia”. The costume is a two piece uniform comprised of gray trousers and a matching uniform top that includes an affixed yellow backed operations division Starfleet emblem patch on the left breast, a bio-monitor on an interior waist belt that is tied into position, and, amazingly, gold colored rank braid on the cuffs indicating the wearer to be a ‘lieutenant’. The costume top has one small hole in near the collarbone center under the neck line, the cuffs and rank braid are slit in the seam, and the interior waist tie is not affixed to the uniform, however, the costume retains its original appeal. The top features a sewn in Paramount tag reading ‘Persis’, the trousers are size ‘8’.
