Description: A prop item featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Juggernaut”; wherein Voyager finds a critically damaged Malon freighter that, if it explodes, will infect and entire sector with deadly radiation. This item, the subdermal injector, is the Malon equivalent of a hypospray and consists of a dark-gray, heavy molded-plastic frame with textured accents meant to denote circuitry or function, a silver-colored screw on the top, two “sample vials” sticking out the back that disappear partly into the body of the item, a metal-colored front support with two matching tines that spring back out into position when pushed into the device. The item measures approx. 12.5 X 3 X 2 inches.
