The item is an elongated octagonal application made with a Klingon theme, utilizing Klingon iconographic lettering and exhibiting a Klingon Empire trefoil emblem. The item is presented on one sheet that is made for removal prior to placement, with a second peel off sheet for removal following. The item measures approx. 6.75 X 3.25 inches on a sheet measuring approx. 5 X 7.5 inches.
