The item is an oval shaped white fabric piece folded over for neat edges with white batting inside for width made for placement on a Starfleet engineer’s white radiological uniform. The item is capable of receiving these ranks: lieutenant (junior grade), lieutenant, commander, captain, and commodore. It measures approx. 1 X 2 inches and retains yellow threads from badge removal prior to auction.
