Description: A graphical application like those appearing variously on the set of the “Enterprise NX-01” in various episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. The item is a paper based application with a high gloss face that reads ‘Material Supply CMD’ and depicts various storage considerations and warnings. The item was carefully removed from a set piece prior to strike and does not retain any adhesive qualities. Measures approx. 3 X 7.75 inches and is in good overall condition, flat, and depicts minor spotting.
