STAR TREK “FEATURE FILM-STYLE VULCAN PRIEST/ESS COSTUME”

Description: A costume of the style featured in various Star Trek feature films. This costume consists of an off-white under tunic featuring a rust-colored dickie sewn on, large, tan, bell-sleeves of a slightly finer grade of fabric, and matching trousers. A sleeveless, gray tabard featuring stripes that match the dickie, a pink and white checkerboard pattern down the front, and a circular, faux jewel with Vulcan iconographic symbols. Included is a black felt hat in the Vulcan-style featuring copper-colored trim and accent, further rust-colored trim forming a chinstrap and a similar, triangular faux jewel. The back of the sewn on dickie is quite worn and thrashed inexplicably and there are small stains due to time and storage. A sewn in Paramount tag in the costume reads ‘2-1’ and a tag in the hat reads ‘2-8M’.
