The items are a gold colored fabric on a black felt backing with gold trim that is adorned with four gold colored metal ‘5 year’ service pins and a single commendation bar, the shoulder strip is gold colored fabric trimmed with gold with a reinforcement at one end and a molded resin security disk painted metallic silver sewn onto the other end.
