STAR TREK: VOY “ALEIN NOCONA COSTUME” FROM “HOMESTEAD”

Description: A costume element featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Homestead” worn by “Nocona” (John Shull), the commander of the aliens who are trying to mine the asteroid that the Talaxians the crew discovers lives on; it is a neoprene harness in a dark-blue, iridescent dotted pattern consisting of shoulder and waist portions connected by black straps, a sturdy, molded plastic holster, and a Velcro placement on the waist to secure it. The arms are covered in the same neoprene on the top, consist of more black straps underneath and end in corresponding, unattached, vinyl gloves. An attached costumer’s tag reads ‘Voyager 269 Destiny, Nocona, John Shull’. “Destiny” was the first name for what became the episode “Homestead”.
