STAR TREK “FEATURE FILM-STYLE VULCAN PRIEST/ESS COSTUME”

Description: A costume of the style featured in various Star Trek feature films. This costume consists of a long-sleeved, tan-colored robe featuring large, bell-sleeves, metallic-gold dickie sewn on, and matching trousers. A sleeveless, peach-colored tabard featuring a reflective-gold, floral pattern, black trim, a multi-colored stripe down the right side of the abdomen and a red, faux jewel with Vulcan iconographic symbol. Included is a maroon, Vulcan-style hat featuring black trim that becomes a chin strap, similar reflective gold on maroon trim, and matching accent in the back with the color scheme reversed; a purple, rectangular, faux jewel with Vulcan iconography like the costume. The hat exhibits minor fading due to time and storage. The robe has a sewn in Paramount tag that reads ‘4-1’, the tabard ‘2-5’, and the hat ‘2-10’. This costume is one of but a few left of those thus located.
