Description: A costume featured in the fourth Star Trek feature film “The Voyage Home”. This costume was that of one of the aliens on the Federation Security Council that was in fact a puppet, it is sleeveless, light-brown robe featuring raised, vertical stripes, an over-sized, quilted black collar, lace, Velcro, and snap closure in the back. An attached costumer’s tag reads ‘Puppet, Federation Security Council Chamber’.
