STAR TREK: TNG “BA’EL KLINGON COSTUME” FROM “BIRTHRIGHT”

Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation story arc “Birthright”; wherein “Worf” (Michael Dorn) learns that his father may still be alive and sets out in search of him only to find a group of Klingons living in a Romulan prison camp who know nothing about their heritage. This costume is that of “Ba’el” (Jennifer Gatti), the half-Romulan, half-Klingon daughter of the Romulan Intendant of the camp and one of the former Klingon prisoners, it consists of a long-sleeved, off-white, woven robe featuring olive-green sewn in at diagonal angles, black dotted accents, a wrap-around front and secures with multiple Velcro placements; a dark-gray, leather gorget and dark-green belt are also included. Multiple tags in the belt and gorget denote reuse but a costumer’s tag reads ‘TNG 242-3 Birthright 1 &2, Ba’el, Jennifer Gatti’. Jennifer Gatti also played the role of “Libby” in the Voyager episode ‘Non-Sequitur’.
