Description: A costume element featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Prodigal Daughter”. This item is one of the hardhats worn by mining personnel during the episode, it is a white, plastic hat molded like a ‘hard hat’ featuring an adjustable plastic frame on the inside with soft black fabric to cushion the forehead, blue detail and a graphical application on the front. The item is distressed to denote extended use underground in less than ideal conditions.
