Description: A screen used Starfleet inventory application like those appearing variously in episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. The item is a ‘Material Supply Command’ application themed in green and black color scheme and depicts realistic warnings and instructions. The item reads ‘Consignee: Quartermaster NX-01’. The application is in excellent condition and depicts only the barest of smudging with a minor loss of adhesive quality; it is affixed to a sheet of white coated paper for ease of removal and was carefully removed from a set piece prior to strike. The item measures approx. 3 X 8.25 inches.
