Description: A button panel like those appearing variously in episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. The item is a piece of sheet plastic with beveled edges and a series of gray, white, and black colored rubber faux buttons adorning the face with a multi-colored graphical application. The item is labeled ‘Quad Rate Sel’ and ‘B3-A’. Measures approx. 3 X 9 X 0.25 inches and retains double sides adhesive from set production use on the reverse.
