This item is a hand band for wear by various female Klingon actresses, it is consists of a rectangular, brass-colored piece of beaten metal with textured trim, symmetrical pieces carved out for aesthetic effect, and two sets of matching, multiple accents hanging from the bottom; there would be three sets but one is missing.
