Description: A prop technical manual like those appearing variously in episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise and specifically in the episode “First Flight”. The item is a metal covered three ringed binder with hinged covers and a 3.5 inch spine. The item is filled with blank white paper and several divider tabs. The cover is adorned with a large color graphic of the Starfleet emblem labeled ‘Ad Astra Per Aspera’ in two differing sizes, and the cover is labeled ‘Flight Operations 245/NX’ and ‘NX/01 Ops 56’. The spine also features the Starfleet emblem graphical application and is labeled ‘Technical Standards, 4534/090 NX-Project’, ‘Update 65-12’ and repeats the Nx/01 OPS label. The item measures approx. 12 X 11.5 X 3.5 inches and is believed to be the last known available Enterprise era technical manual prop thus located in the collection.
