Description: A costume featured in episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine like “When It Rains...” and “Tacking Into the Wind” for wear by Nana Visitor in the role of “Kira Nerys” when she had been given a Starfleet commission of commander in preparation for a campaign with the Cardassian rebellion on Cardassia Prime. This costume is a First Contact-style Starfleet uniform consisting of a long-sleeved, full-length black jumpsuit with gray quilted shoulders, black elastic stirrups at the feet, a form fitting elastic waistband sewn inside with attached loops for ‘away team’ gear, a Velcro patch on the left breast for a commbadge (sold separately), and a Command Red division stripe at the cuff. The uniform zips up the front and comes complete with a separate sleeveless undershirt matching the division cuff color that zips up the front and is sewn onto a flesh-colored undergarment at the waist. A sewn in Deep Space Nine tag in the jumpsuit reads ‘Nana Visitor.
