Description: An uncanny head and chest slip cast mold in rubber of India's top female lead, brought over by Gene Roddenberry to play the female lead in the first feature film. Veeger, the hybrid of Earth's Voyager I space probe and a mythical alien probe with which it collides wants to take a human mate. The mold was made directly from Persis for a scene in which she would need to be perfectly still in the company of the mutated Veeger. Once the bust was complete, Khambatta sat for makeup while Phillips made up the model identically, down to the eyebrows, lip stick, blush. A truly remarkable (and beautiful) Star Trek artifact.
