This costume was worn by Claudia Lagruppe as part of the Evora Regent “Cuzar’s” delegation aboard the “Enterprise-E”, it consists of a long-sleeved, full-length, black gown featuring circular, brown, rubber accents down the arms, legs, and around the collar; a stiff, metallic-brown outer robe with textured vertical stripes. The costumer’s tag reads Cuzar Delegate, Claudia, 29, Star Trek IX’.
