STAR TREK VI: “KLINGON MINER’S MASK FROM RURA PENTHE”

Description: A prop mining mask featured in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country for use by alien prisoners in the dilithium mines of Rura Penthe. The item is sturdy molded plastic painted rust red with multiple points of distress to appear ‘abused’, some spotting of metallic silver paint to appear metal. The item features a pivoting fortification, a see through eye piece, a head ring that is size adjusting, and a pair of currently non-functional lamps on at the temples. It is believed the lights could be made to function again providing a change of bulbs. The item measures approx. 9 X 13 X 12 inches. A single crack is present in the top of the mask with is not believed to be part of the overall appearance of the item.
