STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION "RIVA" COSTUME ROBES

Description: A robe worn by Howie Seago while portraying the ambassador "Riva" in the episode "Loud as a Whisper" of Star Trek: The Next Generation. Both deaf and mute, the character was able to communicate only through the aide of his 'chorus' a telepathically linked group of people who represented differing aspects of his personality. This costume has a gray billowing coat with ruffled sleeves, pleats down the front and back and padding around the shoulders. The accompanying tunic is cream with long sleeves and a zip up the back. This interesting collar and cuffs are made of the same fabric with a crossover design and rudimentary pleats.
