STAR TREK V: THE FINAL FRONTIER “UHURA” COMMANDO/FIELD DUTY COSTUME

Description: Ordered to ‘Nimbus III', the “Enterprise-A” crew respond to a hostage crisis in these commando style field duty uniforms, caramel colored wool sweater with matching pants, and a green medical division undershirt, this costume was featured in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier for wear by Nichelle Nichols as “Uhura”. The sweater features a gray division strip around the left forearm and a sewn in wrap with clasps to keep the garment tucked in; the pants feature a gray stripe down the seams of both legs, and black belt loops for the attachment of a Starfleet belt. The undershirt with this costume is gray and has a ribbed neck and cuffs. The costume components all feature sewn in tags that read ‘Uhura’ or ‘Nichelle Nichols’ and the corresponding boots have ‘Nichols’ written in permanent marker.
