Description: A set of brown colored manacles featured in the ‘Rura Penthe' scenes of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Having been sent to the dilithium mines, a gulag from which there is no escape without help on both the inside and the outside, “Captain Kirk” (William Shatner) and “Dr. McCoy” (DeForrest Kelly) find themselves in chains! These manacles are cast resin with metal hinges and metal chain, all painted to match, with some gold adhesive accents and penned in ‘Klingon’ character letters in gold ink, and foam padding inside the manacles painted to match. One of the binder clamp halfs is missing. Rura Penthe made a second appearance in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Judgment”. Item measures approx. 12 X 4 inches lying side by side.
