Description: A costume worn by Armin Shimerman during his portrayal of “Quark” in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The costume is composed of a cropped purple shirt with a gold colored patterned vest, and a red and yellow striped overcoat with an extremely long pair of tails. The costume is distressed is that it exhibits significant tears, thrashing, and a high degree of dried special effects ‘mud' applied throughout. The sewn in Deep Space Nine tags are inscribed ‘Armin’ and the costumer’s tag states ‘DS9 Quark, Armin Shimerman, distressed jacket, shirt, and vest’.
