Description: “Jadzia Dax” (Terry Farrell) was a joined Trill who was a Starfleet lieutenant during the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series. This costume is her Starfleet uniform that includes a black jumpsuit with gray quilted shoulders ,green trim around the cuffs and a zip up the front. Worn underneath is a sciences green sleeveless top that zips up the front and has a built-in leotard bottom. The inside tags read “Deep Space Nine – Terry Farrell” and costume comes complete with costume tags.
