Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Who Watches the Watchers” for wear by “Nuria” (Kathryn Scott), leader of a proto-Vulcan village under observation by a Federation anthropolocigal survey team. The costume is a green colored dress with black specks intermittently visible which laces up the spine and has pleating in the skirt for style.
