The costume is that of “Ensign Ro” (Michelle Forbes) appearing as she waits for “Commander Riker” (Jonathan Frakes) to return to his quarters. The costume is a chiffon dress with red attached leggings. The costumer's tag reads ‘214 Conundrum, Ensign Ro, Michele Forbes’ and indicates that the dress is ‘green chiffon’, however it may have faded due to time.
