Description: A costume made for Star Trek I: The Motion Picture for wear by Persis Khambatta in her portrayal of “Lieutenant Ilia”. The costume is a gray Class-D Starfleet jumpsuit with an affixed functional pocket and evidence of a removed item on the left sleeve due to visible remaining threads and an absence of a dulling spray in a square pattern presumably used to distress the item. The item features a costumer's tag reading ‘Persis Khambatta’.
