STAR TREK: DS9 “THE ABANDONED - ALIEN BLADED WEAPON”

Description: An expertly crafted molded rubber prop weapon made to appear as a large, curved bladed knife and a forearm shield. The items appeared in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “The Abandoned” during which an infant ‘Jem'Hadar’ clone arrives on the station and is brought in its short life to adulthood in a matter of days. While dealing with atypical adolescent behavior the child is allowed to participate in holographic sparring sessions. The ‘weapon’ is a brown painted handle with a metallic gold colored brace for a metallic silver colored ‘blade’, curved with upturned points on either end and beveled to appear sharp. The forearm guard is plastic painted metallic silver, affixed to a black elastic forearm pad measuring approx. 10 X 4.75 inches. The knife measures approx. 13.5 X 10 X 1 inches.
