The costume is for wear by Steven Berkoff in the role of “Hagath”, the arms dealer that “Quark” goes to work for, and is a long-sleeved purple shirt with vertical, iridescent, multicolored, stripes, buttons down the front, a long-sleeved, and pleated, off white undershirt, a matching belt, and corresponding overall style trousers. The costumer's tag reads ‘DS9 516, Hagath, Steven Berkoff’. Steven Berkoff is perhaps best known for his role of the sadistic policeman “Tom” in the cult classic “A Clockwork Orange”.
