The items are black faux leather shoulder boards with four silver colored fringe strips ringing them and pin backed raised silver colored metal chevron accents centered on their top. Promote one of your existing Terran Empire Starfleet uniforms by affixing them to their sewn on black epaulettes or watch for a companion piece in this or upcoming auctions!
