STAR TREK: DS9 “KILANA COSTUME” FROM ‘THE SHIP'

Description: A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “The Ship”, wherein “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) fights a group of Jem'Hadar to keep the wreckage of a crashed Dominion ship after the crew still on his ship are killed save only a few. The costume is for wear by Kaitlin Tompkins in the role of the Vorta in charge of the Jem’Hadar,“Kilana”, and is a cranberry colored blouse and skirt with a corduroy design on the abdomen, an uneven, pleated, floral pattern in several shades of blue on the collar, a purple and black brickwork pattern of randomly shaped/sized objects along the shoulders and down the sides, a faux jewel where the corduroy portions overlaps on the purple/black, a pair of trousers that correspond in style and color to the corduroy portion of the blouse, stirrups for the feet, and a pair of gold colored metal earrings. There is light wear on the shoulders due to time and storage. A sewn in tag reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Kaitlin Hopkins’ and the costumer’s tag reads ‘Ds9, Kilana (Vorta), Kaitlin Hopkins’.
