STAR TREK VI: “GENERAL CHANG” UNIFORM

Description: A costume featured in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country for wear by Christopher Plummer in his portrayal of “General Chang”, the Shakespeare quoting Khitomer conspirator whose ship, which could fire while cloaked, wreaked havoc on the “USS Enterprise-A”. The costume is a large vinyl uniform jacket with opposing lines of detail, a shoulder and chest piece, and plum colored sleeves with sparkle and texture details. The left sleeve features an affixed gold colored rubber Klingon heraldic emblem. The costume comes with gray spandex trousers, a black leather belt with a resin Klingon style buckle, a red leather gorget with tubing accents, leather clawed fingerless gloves, a pair of black leather gauntlets which were not located with the costume and a pair of gold colored metal Klingon phrase badges, a holster with two belt keepers and an inverted triangle with two metal badges affixed. The shoulder armor on the jacket is inscribed ‘Chris Plumber, “Change” w/o baldric', the belt features a label inscribed ‘Plummer’. The trousers were located separate of the costume; a costumer’s tag reads ‘Stunt Chang, Shane’, and another ‘Chang holster (not used)’, with ‘and belt’ scratched out.
