Description: A distressed Starfleet uniform jumpsuit featured in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear by Terry Farrel in her portrayal of “Jadzia Dax”. The costume is a black form fitting jumpsuit with grey quilted shoulders and sciences blue division trim on the cuffs, with a blue sleeveless undershirt. The costume is distressed in that a sizeable tear is present in the right front waist above the belt line. The sewn in Deep Space Nine tags read ‘Terry Farrel' and ‘Dax Farrel’ while the costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9 Dax, Jadzia, Terry Farrel, Seasons 5-6’.
