Description: A metal prop clipboard featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes “Past Tense, Parts I and II”. The item is one of the clipboards handed to “Commander Sisko” (Avery Brooks) or “Dr. Bashir” (Alexander Siddig) by “Vin” (Dick Miller), or handled by any of the other waiting room characters in the Sanctuary District. The item features two sheets of blue colored paper with a large black heading inscribed ‘Medical Services Request' with a large graphic of the seal of the Sanctuary Districts of San Francisco, California. The sheets are adorned with multiple check boxes and medical questions. Some of the boxes have been filled on the first page, the second is blank, both sides of each page are different. The clipboard is thin and features a heavy duty clip, and a welded on tube as a pen keeper. The item measures approx. 15 X 7.5 X 1 inch.
