Description: A costume featured in the thrilling finale to the Deep Space Nine series, “What You Leave Behind”; wherein the Federation launches a massive attack on Cardassia Prime and “Kai Winn” (Louise Fletcher) and “Dukat” (Mark Alaimo) release the Pah-Wraiths from the Fire Caves and put the entire Alpha Quadrant in jeopardy. This costume is for wear by Salome Jens in the role of the Founders' representative to “Odo” (Rene Auberjonois) and the Alpha Quadrant when “she” was afflicted with the Morphagenic Virus that had affected the Great Link; it is a long-sleeved, full-length dress of a spandex-like material in a pumpkin orange color and has matching latex pieces attached to it to emulate damage done to a changeling’s morphagenic structure by the virus. Included are matching orange, leather slip-on shoes, a sewn in tag that reads ‘Deep Space Nine, Salome Jens’ and costumer’s tag that reads ‘DS9, Female Shapeshifter, Salome Jens’.
