The item is a multi-colored rectangular patch outlined in black with a black bar across the bottom reading ‘Military Assault Command Ops.' in white embroidery. The item also features a white star on a red backing with gold bordered blue bands on either side. The item would be worn on the right sleeve of a uniform top.
