The costume features an unattached red trimmed black felt placement for an accompanying gold colored band with an affixed silver colored metal commendation bar and ‘5 year service’ pin and a black ribbed collar and cuffs, a red placement with an attached gold and silver colored metal ‘master chief petty officer’ rank badge, and a name badge with ‘TRAG’ etched into it. The collar of the uniform is damaged due to time or storage conditions.
