The costume is a set of off white trousers with attached shoes and a matching surgical smock. The uniform features these unattached elements: a white trimmed green banded medical division strip for the left sleeve appearing in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and afterward, a green medical cadesus patch like those appearing in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture, a fragile resin and cadesus badge like those appearing in Star Trek II,and a pair of green division strips for the shoulders.
