Description: A Federation Security Council alien costume appearing in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. The costume is a set of tan boots with upturned toes appearing to have leather soles but with a rubber bottom, matching tan synthetic trousers, a tan suede top with crumple textured sleeves that are pleated for lining, and a wide brown belt with rope tassels. The costume top features a pair of affixed resin shoulder armor scales and a decorative necklace-like element.
