STAR TREK: TNG “KLINGON PAINSTIK”

Description: A Klingon painstik in need of repair like those featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Reunion”. The item is a broken off at one end but the associative piece is present in the lot. It is made from molded resin with a metal ‘prod’ end and a black leather wrapped handle that ends with a dome shaped ‘jewel’. Plastic ‘jewels’ adorn the handle as well, perhaps meant to function as ‘buttons’. The items measure 22 X 1.25 inches diameter and 9 X 1.75 inches diameter. The resin pieces appear to have a threaded metal core for a more rigid structure. To date, no single Klingon painstik has been located intact.
