Description: A model piece featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Starship Mine” into which the “Enterprise-D” underwent drydock and a ‘Baryon Sweep’. The item is a metal framed model with multiple molded pieces adhered for a three dimentional and detailed appearance. The item features black felt around some of the framework to create the atmosphere of space, and tiny painted alien iconography. Many pieces have come off the item and as many are available have been included with the model which has suffered some damage due to time. The item is housed in a specially crafted wooden crate. The item measures approx. 34 X 24.5 while the crate measures approx. 27.5 X 29 X 5 inches.
