This costume is a “future” Starfleet uniform jumpsuit consisting of a long-sleeved, full-length jumpsuit with black trousers and a Command Red top featuring a raised, black stripe across the chest, and a Velcro patch for a future Starfleet-style commbadge (not included). A sewn in Voyager tag reads ‘Yvette Callum’.
