The threat posed by such an organization, made up of tireless clone shock troops and their cloned administrators, the ‘Vorta’, was concern enough until the reality of the Dominion leadership came to light. The treacherous shape shifting ‘Founders’ would come to challenge the structure of every government in the Alpha Quadrant by infiltrating each and putting them at odds with their neighboring governments. When the Founders didn’t look like everyone else, they appeared as featureless aliens wearing simple robes, this is their costume. A four-component costume made up of an outer robe with an attached waist tie, interior full-length sleeveless tights, matching sheer stockings, and painted leather boots.
