Notes from someone

The buyer, Ted Moustakis from New Jersey, is now suing Christie's and CBS. He claims the item is not authentic, and that Brent Spiner has confirmed this. Spiner also told Moustakis that he had sold the actual item in a charity auction on eBay years ago, and had informed Christie's before the auction that the item they were selling was not the one he wore on the show.
