| A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Defiant” in which elements of the Maquis hijack the “USS Defiant” in an attempt to reveal the nature of a Cardassian military buildup in a nearby star system. Sent to Cardassia Prime to help solve the situation “Benjamin Sisko” (Avery Brooks) works in tandem with “Gul Dukat” (Marc Alaimo) and “Korinas” (Tricia O'Neil). The costume is hers, a pair of purple textured trousers and a neoprene costume top with stripe patterned sleeves and sides and embroidered strips on the shoulders. The costume also features a sewn in Deep Space Nine tag inscribed ‘Elle Alexander’ indicating further use by another veteran Star Trek actress. Tricia O’Neil also played “Captain Rachel Garret” in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Yesterday’s Enterprise”. | |||
