STAR TREK: “HIROGEN CONSOLE” FROM “FLESH AND BLOOD, PART I”
A freestanding console featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Flesh and Blood, Part I” as part of the captured Hirogen ship set. The item is distinctively of Cardassian origin and believed to have been part of “Deep Space Nine” sets prior to alteration for Voyager. The item is fashioned wood with multiple cut outs for acrylic interface panels that all feature a Hirogen theme. The item is painted gray and features an opaque light box on top, several black ball handled slide bars in the face of the item and is capable of lighting up internally to back light the acrylic elements. The interior lighting is activated by either or both plugs in the base into standard American Type-B three prong outlets which activates a series of internal fluorescent bulbs and standard light bulbs. One acrylic panel is missing from the face of the item, two adhesive graphical applications are present externally, the reverse cover panel unscrews to allow access to the interior. The item measures approx. 45 X 65 X 12.5 inches.
