This item is believed to be neoprene covered in fabric with an outer layer of ‘chain mail’ metal elements and trim elements dulled to appear worn. On the interior, black adhesive strips fortify it and the shoulder feature is fitted to hang while the end that hangs at the waist is separated and featured Velcro placements for size or adjustment. An interior label reads “Charles Cooper” (“Kmpec” from the TNG episode Sins of the Father) and “Wayne Grace”, who played multiple Klingons in TNG and ENT; it measures approx. 3.5 inches wide. | |||
