The buyer, Ted Moustakis from New Jersey, is now suing Christie's and CBS. He claims the item is not authentic, and that Brent Spiner has confirmed this. Spiner also told Moustakis that he had sold the actual item in a charity auction on eBay years ago, and had informed Christie's before the auction that the item they were selling was not the one he wore on the show. (trekmovie.com)

A shot of the visor as seen in "Second Chances", one from "Cause and Effect", and two from "Descent":

STAR TREK: “STARFLEET STARSHIPS PANELS”
A pair of synchronized panels, one overlay's the other; depicting Starfleet starships. According to inside resources, the double panel was most likely used for the Star Trek experience and/or World Star Trek Tour rather than as a series piece. Made of robust clear acrylic, the bottom panel features the silhouettes of the starships in silver applications. The top panel, also clear acrylic, features the teal silk-screened detail of each ship that rests perfectly over the metallic silhouette backgrounds panel. Also applied on the top layer are more metallic applications that read “Starfleet Ships” and have bars for detail. Measures approx. 57 x 48 inches.

Seen in the Quantum Cafe on the Species 8472 Terrasphere in the episode "In the Flesh".

This is a really cool prop, as it features one of the rare appearances (more or less) of a Norway class starship after Star Trek: First Contact.
